Connecticut Trip 2010

I am not even sure where to start on how awesome this trip was! First, no one got hurt on this trip which is the first time since Riley was born so thank goodness for that! Second, we were able to absolutely surprise Grandma Deb with her 60th birthday party!! And third, we were able to see the place where I grew up and I think the kids had the best time!

We started in MA, visiting Uncle Erik, Aunt Caroline, and cousins Eliza and Zachary. The kids had so much fun with their cousins! They played lots of Legos, made gingerbread men, went to the New England Aquarium and got to visit Boston...

Christmas is a comin'!

Next to Halloween, this is my favorite time of the year! We have started making the preparations around the house for when the big guy comes for a visit!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year! Grandma Donna, Uncle Bob and Diana and our friend Jim were able to join us. We had all the fixins and got to spend some really fun quality time together. I wish we had more family closer but we had a good time just the same! Here are some photos:

Our 2010 Halloween Costumes

We had a really fun Halloween party the day before Halloween and then had an awesome time trick or treating.  Grandma Donna and Mom walked around the neighborhood with Nikell, Parker, and Nolan and friends Doug, Jim and Nick! We didn't lose anyone this year so that is always a plus! The kids are still working through their candy weeks later!

First BLOG

OK so I am new to this blogging thing! I am excited to be able to share the news for the family and look back at the funny things that happened!

We are coming right up on Thanksgiving where we will spend the day with Grandma Donna, Uncle Bob, and Jim DeLaney! We are so excited that the group is growing because we don't have all the much family that lives close. We are especially excited for a break from the busy lives we live!
